LONDON (Reuters) – Around 1,500 ambulance workers in Wales will take strike action on Monday, joining some 10,000 others in England, after rejecting a new pay offer from the devolved Welsh government, trade union GMB said on Friday.
The pay offer had amounted to an average 5.5% pay rise and a 1.5% one-off bonus, GMB said, describing it as “too low”.
