KYIV (Reuters) – European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Monday that he proposed to Ukraine a new bilateral multi-annual envelope of the European peace facility of up to 5 billion euros ($5.26 billion) for the next year.
“I hope we can reach an agreement before the end of the year”, he also said at a joint press briefing in Kyiv, Ukraine with Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kaluba.
