An explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg, Russia, has killed Vladlen Tatarsky, a military blogger.

(Bloomberg) — An explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg, Russia, has killed Vladlen Tatarsky, a military blogger.

The explosion also injured 16 people, according to Russian media reports, citing nation’s Interior Ministry. Local law enforcements and emergency services are working at the venue to establish the causes and circumstances of the explosion. 

The power of the explosive device was more than 200 grams in TNT equivalent, Tass reported earlier, citing an unidentified person.
