Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared a state of emergency in areas affected by Monday’s twin earthquakes.

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared a state of emergency in areas affected by Monday’s twin earthquakes.

Erdogan said the rule would remain in place for three months.
