Tunisia sacks heads of intelligence services after prisoners escaped from a prison

TUNIS (Reuters) – Tunisia’s interior minister dismissed on Tuesday the two heads of intelligence services after Islamist prisoners escaped from a prison near the capital, the ministry said in statement.

Five Islamist prisoners convicted of killing two secular politicians and policemen escaped from a Tunisian jail on Tuesday, in a rare such security breach for the North African country.
