Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said the Kremlin won’t stage regular large-scale military exercises scheduled for this month. “We have ‘exercises’ in Ukraine,” he told reporters in the Black Sea town of Sochi, state-run Tass reported.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un expects “leader-level talks” with Russia over providing weapons to support the war in Ukraine, following a report he is planning to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin this month, the US National Security Council said.
