(Reuters) – South Africa recorded a trade surplus of 24.76 billion rand ($1.45 billion) in July, up from a surplus of 24.23 billion rand in June, data from the revenue service showed on Wednesday.
Exports dropped 4.1% month on month to 177.23 billion rand, while imports were down 5% at 152.47 billion rand, the South African Revenue Service said.
